What is Thermal Water?

At Hilas Hotel, we offer our guests a unique experience of relaxation and rejuvenation by harnessing the healing power of thermal water. Emerging from deep underground with temperatures ranging between 20°C and 110°C, these special waters are enriched with natural minerals to purify your body. While thermal springs are found in various locations worldwide, they represent one of the most significant natural treasures of our country. Bubbling up from the depths of the earth, these waters create numerous positive health effects thanks to the dissolved minerals they absorb from the soil and rocks.

The quality of thermal water is measured by its mineral content, which provides benefits for joint pain, rheumatism, skin conditions, and many other health issues. Throughout history, skin ailments such as psoriasis, eczema, and rosacea have been treated with thermal waters. It moisturizes your skin, relaxes your muscles and joints, and promotes mental well-being. As one of the most ideal ways to relieve the day's fatigue and stress, thermal water therapy refreshes your body and brings peace to your soul.

Benefits of Thermal Water

The physical and mental benefits of thermal water are endless. With its relaxing and regenerative properties, it is highly effective in treating disorders caused by stress and neurological conditions when combined with bath and massage therapies. Furthermore, the physical and chemical changes that thermal water facilitates through absorption and accumulation on the skin help heal various dermatological diseases. The most significant effect of thermal water on the skin is that it accelerates blood flow, ensuring a fresh and healthy appearance.

Hair gains strength and volume after thermal water therapy. Skin pores open and are deeply cleansed, resulting in a brighter and smoother skin texture. By acting on the biological cell structure, thermal water helps slow down the aging process and is beneficial for people of all ages. The ideal temperature of thermal water is approximately 35°C. This temperature allows a wide range of visitors to benefit from the hot springs in the most efficient way.

Thermal Pool Guidelines

At Hilas Hotel Thermal Water facilities, we kindly ask our guests to strictly follow certain regulations to ensure a comfortable and safe experience for everyone. These rules are essential for maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and quality in our thermal areas. Our thermal pools, rooms, tubs, and activity areas are regularly sterilized. To preserve the hygiene of the thermal pools, the use of swimming caps is mandatory, cotton clothing is not permitted, and children under the age of 3 must wear leak-proof swim diapers.

Thermal pools provide the perfect environment to relax the body and release tension. We recommend our guests enjoy the water with gentle movements accompanied by soothing music. Additionally, the depth of our thermal pools is designed not to exceed average body height. To ensure a pleasant and serene experience for all, we kindly request that guests refrain from swimming laps, diving, or speaking loudly in the pool area.

By following these guidelines, you will ensure an enjoyable and healthy experience at Hilas Hotel Thermal Water facilities. We look forward to welcoming you to enjoy this unique experience that will rest your body and mind while contributing to your well-being.
